DIGITAIN LIVE CASINO – THE STORY BEGINS

It was an opportunity for me to gain a deeper understanding of the requirements for establishing a live casino operation in a market dominated by Evolution, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.

What is Digitin?
Digitaltaine was established in 2015 by Vardges Vardanyan, a prosperous entrepreneur and native of Vinter. Commencing his professional journey with a lottery enterprise in 1999, he founded TotoGaming, a business-to-consumer (B2C) operation, in 2004. This venture served as the cornerstone for his 2015 launch of Digitain, a B2B operator.

The Live Casino product debuted in 2020, following a year of research. Until December 2021, when Matthew joined the team as Managing Director, Mikayel Aznauryan (CPO) and Davit Ayvazyan Gagik (Live Casino Art & Technical Manager) oversaw product development, team building, and Studio launch.

HAS I LEARNED
Two days were spent in December with me and Matthew’s team. Data, user behaviors, games, operator requirements, licensing, and innovation were all topics of discussion.

Central to the concept was Matthew’s aspiration for a live casino product that not only professed but also genuinely implemented innovation while prioritizing the player experience.

Originally, the priority would be on the primary games; however, that will soon change as Matthew and his team unveil their three-year roadmap.

Experience Is Crucial
Like the majority of his contemporaries, Matthew began his 35-year career in the gambling industry as a croupier in land-based casinos.

Since 2010, he has devoted nearly all of his professional career to operating online live casinos on behalf of Bet365, Betfair, Paddy Power, NetEnt, and Entain. Digitain approached him in 2021 with the opportunity to lead the new live casino operation.

Risky Strategy
Matthew has devised a comprehensive strategy supported by mountains of game and player data, which is the culmination of his years of experience.

It contains controversial and thrilling elements.

His financial support enables him to provide an engaging product for his online clients and participants in early 2023, when he will formally introduce the new brand.

As stated by Vardges Vardanyan: “Success is never achievable through the use of low-quality goods or unnecessary haste. “The key to success is providing superior service and a superior product.”

Matthew is set to achieve a very high standard.
